The location is perfect, 10 mins walking from Seoul station exit 15, very close to airport express exit and getting metro line 1 & 4. The Lotte Mart is also just across streeet, and many eateries nearby. The owner, Mr. Sin is extremely friendly and gave great advice regarding Seoul. The sandwich he made for breakfast is soooo yum ???? The room is clean and spacious with comfy bed. Highly recommend if you want to exprience local Korean apartment lifestyle!

Convenient location that offers superb value for money

The owner was so super friendly and helpful, met us near the train station and helped with our luggage when we arrived (although it was already very late at night!). Owner cooked for us every breakfast too!

This is a room with a separate bathroom, but the entrance is through the owner's private apartment. The owners are super nice. The room and bathroom are very clean. The station is practically across the street, there is a direct train to the airport. Perfect location.

Feel like home.

The host (Mr.Shin) is very nice and welcome. Mr.Shin welcome us at the front building and help up carry luggage to the location. He provided ice-cream for a welcome snack. The room is large enough to open 4 large luggages at the same time. The bed and bathroom is clean and comfort. Mr. Shin prepared the breakfast for us and it was very delicious. He also recommended the place to visit in Seoul and around the location. He help us carry luggage back to front building.

The location is in a walking distance but if you have a luggage, this will be a little difficult as the location is up on the hill. It is recommended to use sky walk from Seoul Station to the front building.

The friendliest stay I've ever experienced

Everything was as described. Flat is in great location near Seoul Station. Room is really spacious and well equipped. The host is really welcoming and hospitable, and they provide a lot of extra info and snacks.

I wish I had booked this accommodation for my entire Seoul stay.

Cleanliness of everything and kindness and sociability of the owners, with inside tips and information about the local area. Owner bends over backwards to help us and personally asked a restaurant to take care of us (we didn’t know what we were doing). 주인님이 너무 친절하세요 ^^ he gave us delicious Korean ice cream too

Nothing bad for me. This place actually helped me realize that the previous place I stayed at the night prior had mold because I slept so well here with no breathing issues. While making some tea I did discover that the tea had grown mold but the owners addressed that immediately. You might not like it if you prefer to keep to yourself only

We had the most comfortable and convenient stay. The apartment was very close to Seoul station.

The hosts were the kindest we have ever met. They are very friendly, warm and sweet and made us feel like we were staying with family. They went above and beyond in helping us navigate the city explaining to us how to get around, where to get food and do laundry. On top of it, they kept giving us various kinds of foods to try and also making us korean food that met with our vegetarian needs. We felt lucky to have met them and stayed with them for the few days in Seoul. Thank You very much for everything.

I really appreciated the generosity of the owners. Mr. Shin prepared simple yet filling breakfast and even gave fruits as snack. The property was clean, location is central, just a bit uphill in the last few meters. I used the bus most of the time as there is a bus stop 3-5 mins from the property.

Everything was great !! I spent a nice time staying there, the host and his wife are such kind persons !! The room (twin room) was comfortable, the shared bathroom always clean and it felt like actually having it for myself. Nice chats and good times watching Korean tv programs, it really felt like home. I felt very comfortable and at ease during these 4 nights even if my Korean is limited, the host speaks English so there was no problem of miscommunication. I would definitely come back next time ! Thank you~~

The property was clean and very convenient. It is very near the seoul station exit 15, around 5-10mins away from the building. It is a great value of money. The owner was very friendly and very approachable. He even helped us with our luggages and came with us to seoul station as we have a lot of luggage. Overall, out stay here is worth 10stars.

Fantastic Hosts, Great Location, & Very Clean Apartment

I really enjoyed my stay here. Mr. Shin and his wife were very kind and helpful. - great breakfast (though I think he is no longer doing breakfasts, at least for the time being) - fantastic location -- so close to Seoul Station - I got there super early, many hours before check-in, and Mr. Shin let me drop off my stuff (and I got to go to spa very close by until the actual check in time) - Mr. Shin helped me take my very heavy luggage to Seoul Station to check in for my flight - doors of the rooms have codes to enter--so you have privacy and don't need to worry about your stuff - very, very clean apartment. Mr. Shin cleaned the room and whole apartment daily. - Mrs. Shin was very sweet and gave me some face masks as a gift. - I thought it might be an issue to share the bathroom with the hosts (as my room didn't have its own), but it was totally fine. It honestly felt like I had the bathroom to myself. - Bed was very comfortable. - Mr. Shin offered to wash some of my laundry (though I didn't need to take him up on it) - My room had adapters for my electronics (USA), so I didn't have to use the ones I brought. You may want to ask Mr. Shin if he has adapters for your country's electronics. - Mr. Shin let me know how to get to the places I wanted to go and let me borrow a map. Note: The place has plenty of towels, but they are the smaller ones that Koreans tend to use (a little bigger than hand towel size). I was fine with it, but if you prefer bigger bath towels, you may want to consider bringing your own.

Excellent stay with more than you can expect!

The hospitality of the host is superb. Mr.Shin is a very kind-hearted & good person. Full facilities offered in the house with warm & considerate service provided by host. Great location of property which pretty close to Seoul station. Variety of breakfast being served. A remarkable experience in Korea which staying with native Korean.

Traveller may get a little culture shock if never experience to stay with host under the same roof.
